Prices, invoice and additional expenses
All the prices indicated on our website appear in Euros, include taxes and are current, except for typing errors. We reserve the right to change prices on the web without prior notice. Additional expenses and customs taxes, if any, will be borne by the customer and will be paid upon receipt. Any other order confirmation (received by email or printed from the web) will be legally valid as proof of purchase , not as an invoice. To request an invoice, you must write an email requesting it to info@emonkibiza.com

Returns
Returns, regulated by Law 7/1996, on Retail Trade Regulation, must be communicated within a period not exceeding 7 days, counting from the date of receipt and will be made to the postal address indicated above.

It constitutes a crime of electronic fraud provided for in article 248 of the Penal Code -and punishable by up to 6 years in prison- the use of electronic payment systems with credit cards when any of the following circumstances occur:
The user provides false information about the buyer or the card used.>

Usurp the status of holder of other people's cards.>
